The ultimate goal of any organization is earning profit and along this grows day by day. For growing pint of view, any organization is only able to develop when its customers are satisfied. Customer satisfaction is important part of performance. Performance is nothing else but as a resultant of customer satisfaction. Performance measurement can be understand as the process of collecting, analyzing and reporting information regarding the performance of an individual, organization, groups, system etc. it can involve studying process or phenomena to see whether output are in accordance with what was intended or should have been achieved. Performance measurement estimates the parameter under which programs and other investments are reaching the targeted results. In this paper we tried to find out the performance measurement of all branches of Central bank of India with special reference to Udaipur district. Central bank of India is one of the oldest nationalized banks in India, we tried to find out customer's attitude towards bank's overall services. Based on the results of the research, the results may be useful for managerial implication and directions for future researches
