Stability constants of binary and ternary complexes of Cu(II) and Zn(II) transitionmetal ions with ethambutol hydrochloride drug (L) and alanine, glycine, isoleucine and phenylalanine amino acids(R) have been determined potentiometrically at 300C temperature and 0.1M ionic strength(NaClO4) in aqueous solution. The formations of complexes were confirmedfrom deviation of curves. Stability of complexes was discussed in terms of different relativestability parameters.
