The aging process results in a person experiencing a decrease in physiological function so that many non-communicable diseases appear in the elderly. Besides degenerative problems reduce endurance so it is susceptible to infectious diseases. Among the various health problems in the elderly that become chronic conditions are joint disease / rheumatism, hypertension, and followed by other diseases. The purpose of community service activities among others, the elderly can demonstrate nonpharmacological therapy to control joint pain. The method of activities includes providing therapy for group laughter activities to the elderly and training the orphanage staff about giving no laughter, which are supporting activities of the orphanage in order to improve the health of the orphans as optimal as possible. The target audience in this service activity is a group of 7 orphanage officers, and as many as 35 elderly people. Laughing for 5-10 minutes can stimulate endorphin and serotonin expenditure, which is a type of body's natural morphine and melatonin. These three substances are good substances for the brain so we can feel calmer. We hope that the elderly who are in our homes should always follow the activities carried out by the management of the orphanage, because all activities will have a positive influence on the elderly in the orphanage, and for the homes of our hopes, hopefully the training provided can be applied to the elderly for at least a month. once, and scheduled.
