CONSIDERACIONES ACERCA DEL “CUESTIONARIO DE APRECIACIÓN SOBRE ROL Y ASPIRACIONES PERSONALES” EN PERSONAS QUE FORMAN PARTE DE UNA ORGANIZACIÓN DE SEGURIDAD

El presente trabajo se realizó con la pretensión de describir la apreciación sobre rol y las aspiraciones personales de integrantes de Organizaciones de Seguridad. Estas apreciaciones constituyen las representaciones sociales que los participantes poseen respecto del rol, es decir conforman ideas, imágenes y supuestos. Se administró el Cuestionario de Apreciación sobre Rol y Aspiraciones personales que analizó las representaciones sociales que se tienen en relación al rol y a las actividades que desempeñan. Este instrumento busca constituirse como un aporte para poder ser utilizado en los ingresos a las fuerzas que permita indagar ideas sobre rol en seguridad. Los resultados obtenidos permitieron  afinar el instrumento teniendo en cuenta los aportes que brindaron los encuestados y  realizar cambios en algunos enunciados significativos. Abstract The present work was carried out with the aim of describing the appreciation of the role and personal aspirations of people who are part of Segurity Organization. These appraisals and aspirations are actually the social representations that the participants have regarding the role, that is, they make up ideas, images and assumptions. Through the questionnaire that we administed it was possible to analyze the social representations that are held in relation to the role and the activities they perform. The results obtained allowed us to refine the instrument taking into account the contributions of the participants and make changes in some statements that were significant. Keywords : Social Representatios, role, Segurity Organization Resumo O presente trabalho teve a pretensão de descrever a apreciação e aspirações pessoais de  integrantes de organização de segurança acerca de seus papeis e aspirações. Estas apreciações e aspirações são na realidade representações sociais, que se constituem de ideias, imagens e suposições. Através do questionário utilizado nesse trabalho foi possível analisar as representações sociais da relação do papel e das atividades que desempenham nessas instituições. As contribuições dos participantes e os resultados obtidos permitiram adequar o instrumento utilizado, além de possibilitar mudanças em alguns enunciados que foram sinificativos.
