At present argon enhanced coagulation is widely used to handle the gallbladder in laparoscopic cholecystectomy, which may lead to worsening intraabdominal hypertension, increasing the risk of postoperative complications. When analyzing the results of surgical treatment of patients operated concerning cholelithiasis with use of various techniques, it was found that the argon enhanced coagulation provides a reliable hemo-and cholestasis, reduces the duration of the operation, although it may increase the risk of adverse effects.
