Children and the teenagers suffering СD of 1 type, despite of spent therapeutic actions, training in «School of a diabetes», not always reach full indemnification СD. The lead complex of psychological inspection of 200 children and teenagers with a diabetes of 1 type in the age of from 5 till 17 years with duration of disease from 1 year till 13 years. The control group has been presented by 150 healthy contempoparies comparable on a floor, to age, a place of residing and not having chronic diseases. As a result of carried out research psychological features of the person which influence adaptation to disease, efficiency of achievement of the harmonious attitude to illness and definitions of therapeutic strategy of treatment at various stages of evolution of disease. In process of progressing a diabetes personal specificity decreases, symptoms ригидности, emotional flatness, apathy accrue.
