The aim of investigation is to study the influence of different types of anesthesia on hemostasis in proctological patients, and to develop the algorithm to determine adequate method of anesthesia to prevent hemostatic disorders. 120 patients have been investigated with new instrumental method — hemocoagulography. It has been estimated that different types of anesthesia have different influence on functional activity of hemostasis.
