Considering the postneclassic methodology concepts (V.S. Stepin) the information-synergetic approach (I.V. Melik-Haikazjan) was worked out. The main point of the approach can be seen in the following statements: information is the inconvertible multi- phase process; information processes are the mechanism of complex systems self-organization. Within the frames of the approach there is a capability to construct models relevant to dynamics of complex systems, including socio-cultural systems. The mechanism of complex systems self-organization revealing clarifies the correlation of the system functions and cultural configurations. Thus the permissible limits of axiological and ethical transformations can be defined, when innovations do not bring inconvertible damage to human universe.
