Actual issues of modern phthisiology concerning tubercular infection immune pathology and nature of immune imbalance during primary and secondary tuberculosis are considered in the article. Literature and original data which are basing mechanisms of Т-cellular deficiency development in patients with drug-sensitive and drug-resistant pulmonary tuberculosis are analyzed.
