The article is devoted to the 80-anniversary of the Associated Member of RAMS, the honoured scientist of Russia, professor of the Omsk State Medical Academy Anton Samuilovich Zinovyev (1926—2003). Main landmarks of his creative way, services of the famous scientist-pathoanatomist in scientific, paedagogical and social activity are described.
