In the article the international principals of creation and activity of ethic committees are editorialized. Also there are documents on which ethic evaluation of scientific researches is based. These documents underlay the regulation about ethic committees that was created in Siberian State Medical University. The organization structure of the ethic committee in SSMU is presented.
