A feature of science-intensive machine building is the use of a cooperative production model. The importance of correct formation of data and requirements at the earliest stages of cooperative projects of scienceintensive machine building is noted. An upper-level decision-making model and algorithm for determining optimal conditions of mutual cooperation in cooperative projects of science-intensive machine building are proposed.
