The purpose of this research is to discover the patterns of hybridization exact in producing papuyu fish fry which having the superior character, so as to be able to support an increase better productivity fish be. This research hybridization was implemented in UMKM Rawa Sejahtera Amuntai Swamp and Analysis Laboratory at FPK-ULM from Juni to Desember 2018. Research methodology use design random complete (three treatment and nine remedial) hybrid parent papuyu fish of swamp cistern rain, the ebb and monotonous. The results of the application of research data obtained hybridization which includes fecundity, ripeness of the gonads index, fertilization, hatchability, mortality, the growth of the relative length, heavy growth relatively, Food Conversion Ratio (FCR), fish health, percentage male and female, describing hybridization parent fish of swamp monotonous with the ebb superior compared hybridization parent fish of swamp rain cistern by monotony of ups and downs as well as with rain cistern. The results of characterizing fry fish hybridization swamp tides to a marsh monotonous most prominent is percent birth female 84 %, FCR and higher body, that has been shown to with the results of statistics markedly dissimilar. In the process of development cultivation of papuyu fish, the main factor of success is the use of frys unisexual female, where its growth faster 270 % compared with the fry male, and thus it is very right to be used as frys in the process of enlargement in the pool.
