Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh konflik peran dan suasana kerja terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk menemukan bukti adanya pengaruh konflik peran dan suasana kerja secara simultan dan secara parsial terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Penelitian ini menggunakan karyawan bagian produksi perusahaan X sebanyak 50 orang. Subjek penelitian dipilih menggunakan metode purposive random sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini dapat menyimpulkan adanya pengaruh signifikan konflik peran dan suasana kerja terhadap organizational citizenship behavior secara simultan. Sedangkan secara parsial suasana kerja maupun konflik peran juga memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Kata Kunci: Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), konflik peran, dan suasana kerja This study examined the impacts of role conflict and working atmosphere on the organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). The objective of this study was to find the evidence of the effects of role conflict and work atmosphere simultaneously and partially on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). The study subjects were the production employees of PT. Triteguh Manunggal Sejati in total of 50 people, which were selected using purposive random sampling method. This study employed quantitative method with a multiple linear regression technique. The results of the study indicated that the role conflict and the working atmosphere simultaneously had a significant impact on organizational citizenship behavior, while the role conflict and the working atmosphere partially had also a significant impact on organizational citizenship behavior. Keywords: organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), role conflict, working atmosphere
