ABSTRAKASI (Air Susu Ibu) eksklusif merupakan salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi perkembangan bayi usia 0-6 bulan. Perkembangan anak dapat dinilai dari aspek motorik kasar, motorik halus, bahasa, dan personal sosial. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan pemberian ASI eksklusif dengan perkembangan bayi usia 6 bulan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Guntung Payung. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross sectional, dilakukan pada 36 bayi berusia 6bulan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Guntung Payung. Instrumen penelitian berupa lembar pertanyaan wawancara untuk mengetahui klasifikasi ASI eksklusif atau tidak dan lembar observasi KPSP (Kuisioner Pra Skrining Perkembangan) untuk menilai perkembangan bayi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat 41,7% bayi yang diberikan ASI eksklusif dan 58,3% yang tidak diberikan ASI eksklusif. Perkembangan sesuai sebanyak 41,7%, meragukan 33,3% ,dan penyimpangan perkembangan sebanyak 25,0%. Hasil uji Chi Square diperoleh nilai pvalue=0,02. Hasil analisis menunjukkan ada hubungan pemberian ASI eksklusif dengan perkembangan bayi usia 6 bulan di wilayah kerja puskesmas Guntung Payung.Kata-kata kunci: ASI eksklusif, perkembangan, bayi 6 bulan.ABSTRACTExclusive breasfeeding is one of several factors that influence the development of infants aged 0-6 months. Development child can be judge from the aspect of gross motor, fine motor, language and personal social. The objective of this research was to identify relationships exclusive breasfeeding with the development of infants aged 6 months in the working area of puskesmas Guntung Payung. The Methods of research used design cross sectional. The research was carried out on 36 infants aged 6 months in the working area of puskesmas Guntung Payung. Instrument of research was the form of the question an interview to know the classification of exclusive breasfeeding or not and the form of observation KPSP to assess the development of child. The result of this research indicated that there are 41,7% infants who are given exclusivebreastfeeding and 58,3% infants who not given exclusive breastfeeding . The development of infants that appropriate is 41,7%, dubious 33,3% and probably have wrong development is 25,0%. The test result of chi square get p-value = 0,02. The analysis shows that there are relationships exclusive breasfeeding with the development of infants aged 6 months in the working area of puskesmas Guntung Payung.Keywords: breastfeeding, development, infants aged 6 months.
