Thisstudyexaminesthe effect ofvoluntary disclosureon thecost of equitycapitalwithinformation asymmetry as an intervening variablein manufacturing companieslistedin Indonesia Stock Exchangein the period of 2008-2012. The total populationofthis study were203companies. The research hypotheseswere tested usingpathanalysis model with unbalanced panel data.
