The Lean Manufacturing seeks optimization of basic features, customer satisfaction and reduction of waste. Once implemented, it is important to measure the Lean maturity level to achive results with better efficiency, especially in SMEs because the implementation may require the use of their best features. This project’s main objective is to assess the maturity of the Lean system of an SME in the segment of health enabling the use of this knowledge to improve the efficiency of their attendances and internal operations.
