In this text I report the activities of Ingedore Koch as Chairwoman of the workgroup “Interactive-textual organization”, part of the Grammar of Spoken Brazilian Portuguese project. She helped to build a theory on communicative competence, which provided the basis for my on going multissystemic theory of language, reported as well in this text.
