The aim of the work is to study clinical cases and outcomes of pregnancy in women who have pelvic fracture during pregnancy. The article examines two cases of concomitant injury in pregnant patients at 25-37 weeks. In both cases, there is a break of pelvic bones of various localization. On basis of these observations, the authors draw conclusions about the significance of the mother’s condition and associated injuries for a favorable outcome.
