In this article, we will consider inclusive education as one of the strategic directions of the development of the education system in the Republic of Kazakhstan, we will reveal the main aspects of the development of inclusive education. The analysis of the regulatory and legal framework for the implementation of inclusive education in Kazakhstan, in particular the Law "On Amendments and Additions to Certain Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Inclusive Education".
