Resumen: En este artículo se trata el papel del santuario de Apolo Amicleo en la configuración de la realidad social lacedemonia, la expansión espartana por Laconia y Mesenia y en los acuerdos exteriores en el contexto del papel cívico del Amicleo. Asimismo, también se trata cómo estos hechos han afectado a la configuración de los ritos que tienen lugar durante las Jacintias.Abstract: This article goes into the question of the role of the sanctuary of Apollo Amyklaios in shaping social reality, the tradition of the conquest of Lakonia and Messenia and the foreign policy in the context of the civic role of the sanctuary of Amyklai.
