Dreigt werkelijk het einde van het Nederlands? Een discussiestuk

In this paper the problem of so-called ‘Polder Dutch’ and tendencies in modern Dutch to diverge from the official written language, commonly called ‘Algemeen Beschaafd Nederlands’ Common Civilized Dutch are discussed in a reaction to the two scholars Jan Stroop and Joop van der Horst. The contribution focuses on the consequences for Dutch Studies abroad.
