Right of quotation on the historical-legal backgroundThe purpose of this article is to present the citation law on the historical-legal background. The subject of interest is the law in Poland during the partitions, the regulation from the interwar period and the legal order that occurred after 1945. In particular sections of the paper, the author seeks to address the solutions presently in this field.
