Constitutional duties in the post-Soviet countriesThe duties, along with rights and freedoms, define the legal status of the person in the state. However, the scientific literature pays more attention to the rights and freedoms, since they are considered as more important. The following paper tackles the issue of constitutional duties in the post-Soviet republics. The investigation has both qualitative and quantitative character and presents results in a comparative way.
