La anotación en textos virreinales: hacia una anotación crítica

Resumen: en este artículo, el autor analiza los criterios de anotación explícitos o implícitos de un número importante de ediciones críticas de textos virreinales. Proponiendo en cada caso analogías con el método de la crítica textual, discute la necesidad de explicitar criterios que rigen sobre las prácticas, para de este modo incentivar las tomas de decisiones consensuadas y reducir, en la medida de lo posible, la confusión en los criterios individuales nacida de la falta de una reflexión explícita en la disciplina respecto a las normas con que anotamos nuestros textos virreinales.Abstract: In this article, the author analyzes the criteria for explicit or implicit annotation of a significant number of critical editions of viceregal texts. Proposing in each case analogies with the method of textual criticism, the author discusses the necessity of creating explicit criteria to govern the practice, and thus incentivize the making of decisions by consensus and to reduce, as much as possible, the confusion of individual criteria born from the lack of an explicit reflection in the discipline regarding the norms with which we annotate our viceregal texts
