The movement of sharia investment has experienced a significant increase of sharia investors in East Java at the 3 rank of investor national, however students at the Surabaya University only distribute their funds to Islamic banks to the point or limit of saving accounts. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of sharia banking learning, sharia financial literacy, and risk tolerance towards investing behavior with gender as a moderating variable in State University Students in Surabaya. The type of research used is a quantitative research. This research uses 200 respondents with collections technique uses questionnaire and test. Data analysis technique uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the WarpPLS approach by the WarpPLS 6.0 application. The result shows that Islamic banking learning has no effect, Islamic financial literacy and risk tolerance have a highly significant effect on investment behavior at Islamic banks of State University Students in Surabaya, then gender cannot moderate the learning of Islamic banking on investment behavior but simultaneously gender influences on investment behavior, gender can moderate sharia financial literacy in a weakly significant manner and significantly risk tolerance towards investing behavior in Islamic Banks at State University Students in Surabaya.[Pergerakan investasi syariah mengalami peningkatan signifikan dalam jumlah investor syariah di Jawa Timur yaitu berada pada urutan ke-3 skala nasional, namun mahasiswa di Perguruan Tinggi Surabaya hanya menyalurkan dananya pada bank Syariah sebatas rekening tabungan saja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk manganalisis pengaruh pembelajaran perbankan syariah, literasi keuangan syariah, dan risk tolerance terhadap perilaku berinvestasi dengan gender sebagai variabel moderating pada Mahasiswa Perguruan Tinggi Negeri di Surabaya. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 200 responden dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner dan tes. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Pemodelan Persamaan Struktural (SEM) dengan pendekatan WarpPLS berbantuan aplikasi WarpPLS 6.0. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran perbankan syariah tidak berpengaruh, literasi keuangan syariah dan risk tolerance berpengaruh highly significant terhadap perilaku berinvestasi di Bank Syariah pada Mahasiswa Perguruan Tinggi Negeri di Surabaya, kemudian gender tidak dapat memoderasi pembelajaran perbankan syariah terhadap perilaku berinvestasi akan tetapi secara simultan Gender berpengaruh terhadap perilaku berinvestasi, gender dapat memoderasi literasi keuangan syariah secara weakly significant dan risk tolerance secara significant terhadap perilaku berinvestasi di Bank Syariah pada Mahasiswa Perguruan Tinggi Negeri di Surabaya.]
