F ocal epithelial hyperplasia is an uncommon disorder characterized by formation of multiple asymptomatic oral mucosal papular and/or nodular lesions. This article relates the occurrence and clinical course of FEH in 2 adolescent siblings with leukocyte adhesion deficiency.
