Over the past three years, a wrist-type golf-score counter has been found helpful in recording movement rates for behavior modification and analysis. Several different types are available from local sporting goods stores. The most cosmetic and reliable model located to date is the "Domatic Score", which is manufactured in Switzerland and can be obtained from the Hoffritz Cutlery Company, 49 East 34th Street, New York 16, New York, for $6.95. The photograph shows one with the printing on the face lightly rubbed off with a cleaning powder to make it look more like quality jewelry. The cover of the instruction booklet is shown, as well as the parts with the cover off to give an idea of the construction details. Over the past two and one-half years I have worn three of these, each operating at least 100 times a day. Table 1 summarizes their operating properties. Over 100 behavior modifiers have purchased and worn these counters, with only a few replacing the supplied plastic band with a more attractive commercial watch band. They are highly recommended as the best two-digit wrist counter available.
