Direct printing of conductor and dielectric line jumpers for touch screen displays can dramatically reduce the number of lithography or masking steps required in producing functional devices. This paper describes direct Aerosol Jet printing of transparent polymeric dielectric materials using two different dielectric inks and process conditions for optimizing line width, thickness, and quality.
