We demonstrate a structure improving the light efficiency of photovoltaic devices integrated organic light emitting diodes OLEDs, by applying one‐dimensional distributed Bragg reflector DBR inside. In our design, the structure simultaneously increases the luminous efficiency from 50.0% to 81.6%, maintains high contrast ratio, and sharpens the emission spectrum from 28nm to 17nm at FWHM.
