In this paper, we present the first 3D pico‐projector phone platform which adopted a field sequential type nHD DLP‐based projector module and the mobile application processor S5PC111. With 1.5ms of 3D glass blank time and maximally 12 lumen picoprojector engine, we obtained about 30% of optical efficiency at 1W LED power consumption.
