We report contact resistance extraction between inkjet‐printed narrow silver source/drain electrodes and 6,13‐bis(triisopropylsilylethynyl) pentacene (TIPS‐pentacene) layer using a transmission line method for organic thin‐film transistors with various channel lengths from 14 μm to 113 μm. For further investigation, we also studied contact resistance between inkjet‐printed/evaporated silver electrodes and TIPS‐pentacene/evaporated pentacene layers.
