Laser beams reflected from a MEMS scanning mirror introduce movable scattering spots onto a Random Phase Plate (RPP), and the scattering lights after the RPP are homogenized by a hexagonal light pipe. A rough transmission object is placed closely after the light pipe, and the real‐time changeable speckle patterns are added together within the exposure time of a CCD camera. Speckle is suppressed and 0.0673 minimum speckle Contrast Ratio (CR) is obtained.
