The bottom gate coplanar type IGZO TFTs were effective fabricated with good performance by using fully conventional processes. The 2.4 inch IGZO TFTs driven AMOLED displays were demonstrated with both normal and inverted OLEDs. Further, the stability and reliability of these devices and displays were particularly investigated.
