Light guide film is the key part to achieve ultra thin mobile panel. We employ roll‐to‐roll process to make it possible to fabricate mirco‐structure on such thin LGF (<0.3mm); while the special shape of dot is designed and employed to achieve good luminance uniformity and high luminance. Here we demonstrate the world's thinnest 1.9″ panel with total thickness 0.56mm by combining the entire advance thinning technology.
