The multi‐primary system is presented in this paper. Two set LEDs as backlight are illuminated alternately at 120 Hz. The Colorimetric Transformation Function (CTF) is designed to control the ratio of LED 1 and LED 2 . The experimental results show that the system can increase color gamut of cyan.
