Designed PDP exhibits good quality picture in 3D and normal modes. We selected several phosphors of red and green cell under 4ms decay time. for red color (Y,Gd) 2 O 3 : Eu 3+ phosphor was adopted due its short decay time and high luminescence. Mixture of Zn 2 SiO 4 : Mn 2+ , (Y,Gd)Al 3 B 4 O 12 : Tb 3+ , and Y 3 Al 5 O 12 : Ce 3+ was used as green phosphor. Decay time, luminance, and color coordinate of 3D PDP panel and Moving picture image quality of 3D PDP TV‐set are discussed.
