This dissertation introduces the new application of electrostatic droplet technology which is applied to industrial field. The aim of this study is to apply electrostatic droplet technology, of which advantages are capable of making small droplet size and using high viscosity ink, to FPD repair system and research method for repair process. This study also defines repair specification by verifying the process of repair system, and analyzes the test result. In this research, the ink is restricted only to Black matrix ink. Experimental results will show the usefulness of repair system.
