A structure and a design of device were developed to fabricate large‐scaled active matrix organic light‐emitting diode (AMOLED) display with a good uniformity and color purity. with these technologies, we developed a full color 14.1 inch WXGA AMOLED display. for the fabrication of AMOLED with very uniform EL layers, a highly efficient thermal evaporation source is essential since it makes uniform thin films. These technologies will make it possible the OLED applications to uniform displays such as laptop monitors and TVs.
