We developed EMI (Electromagnetic Interference) reducing techniques which is based on vertically differential EMI suppression method by applying modulo reduction (MVDE) for lossless encoding to low voltage differential signal lines (LVDS). The frequency at peak field strength can be forecasted because the duty ratio of the MVDE signal and transition probability tends to become small. The quality of transmitted signal in MVDE is clarified by measuring the eye pattern of signal transmission. The novel technique reduces EMI by 12 dB for 32‐inch high‐definition TV monitor in displaying the H‐character image.
