In this paper, we demonstrated a 5″ sensor embedded organic thin‐film transistor(OTFT) driven electrophoretic display (EPD) on plastic. The pentacene TFT was integrated with pentacene photo‐TFT to make EPD with image senor on plastic. The EPD on front side and sensor on rear side were demonstrated.
