We successfully synthesized a new excellent fluorescent deep blue dopant BD‐4. The bottom emission device with BD‐4 has a good color coordinate in CIE 1931 chromaticity of (0.140, 0.133) with high current efficiency of 6.46cd/A. BD‐4 gives us better performance with current efficiency of 3.9cd/A with CIE chromaticity of (0.133,0.065) with the optimization for our “Super Top Emission” device structure. The internal quantum efficiency of this device is 28.5% which is beyond across the theoretical limit.
