In this work, we report the synthesis and characterization of two classes of materials with ambipolar transporting properties for OLEDs, namely, binuclear gallium complexes and naphtho[2,3‐c][1,2,5]thiadiazole derivatives. Theoretical calculations were carried out to study the origin of their ambipolar transporting properties. These materials may offer simplified device fabrication.
