A 10 inch, 80 dpi flexible Active Matrix Organic‐TFT array was fabricated with solution process. Exceeds 10:1 of high contrast image was displayed eith QR‐LPD. The active matrix array was refreshed with 300 micro seconds of gate pulse width, successfully. To reduce degradation of displaying image due to leakage current through paracitic capacitance in the circuit array, double sided flexible backplane structure was introduced. One side of plastic substrate that OTFT array was printed and the other side that Pixel electrodes was printed, are connected through via patterned by laser abration and filled with conductive ink by printing method. As a result, high aparture ratio of pixel electrode array without degradation of displaying image caused by leakage current through signal electrode was obtained.
