In this paper, we describe the development of advanced color conversion method for full‐color AMOLED displays. Ink‐jet printing technique is innovated for processing color conversion materials to demonstrate 2.8″ full‐color a‐Si AMOLED display prototypes. They perform high efficiency with 100% NTSC gamut ratio and wide viewing angle, employing anode‐common top emission structure.
