We describe a new single layer anti‐reflective film for optical display applications. The performance advantages of this new AR film are described including low reflectivity, neutral color, abrasion resistance to steel wool and low haze. The film's properties are discussed, along with reflectivity and abrasion resistance up to 400gr/cm 2 . In order to quantify the abrasion resistance, we've developed a procedure to image the scratches of abraded samples and quantify the scratches in terms of the percent of image that is abraded. This new technique that will be described is reproducible and correlates well with visual scratch observations.
