A high‐luminance CNT‐FED character‐display using practical rib‐structure was performed. The display‐panel had 48×480‐dots and the sub‐pixel pitch was 1mm. In this work, the ribs as spacer were formed by using innovative production processes. That is, the rib‐paste was pushed from multi‐slit‐nozzle. And the rib‐shape was formed by UV‐light irradiation. A 2mm‐tall‐ribs with 1mm‐pitch was realized with high manufacture‐yield.
