A driving method was developed for the flexible bistable displays application. In this paper, we use two methods to improve the drawback of bistable cholesteric liquid‐crystals displays (CHLCD). One is a scanning procedure was to increase the refresh time. And the other is the PWM driving method was adopted to increase the gray levels of Ch‐LCD.
