4″ to 20″ carbon nanotube field emission display (CNT‐FED) and back light unit (CNT‐BLU) have been fabricated by printing method. The gated arrays of cathode plates were fabricated by screen printing and photolithography processes. Taiwanese research results on FEDs are also described.
