We report on a fast flexible display of a deformed helix ferroelectric liquid crystal (DHFLC) in a homeotropic configuration. The cell gap stability of the flexible display was guaranteed by an array of columnar spacers, formed by the photolithography technique, on in‐plane electrodes. In our DHFLC display, unique features of display performances such as flexibility, uniform alignment, fast response, and gray scale capability were obtained.
